I agree with you both on the basis of the information you all know,BUT there is a whole other part of the story and events which not even Jeremy knows because I was and am so tired of it all I choose not to talk about it with him and spend the time we had on the trails being happy and not digging up old drama, which is why he has not been banned yet and why Patrick has to make the decision. You guys only know one side of the two-sided story unfortunately.

Either way, knowing what Patrick and I know, the FULL story, I can't ban him without Patrick calling the shots. I refuse to to explain why because I can promise you it will cause a repeat of what happened in the past. I don't expect anybody to trust me or believe me, but If Jeremy wants to know why, I'll email him about it since he is the only person I truely trust and know in person.

I agree Mike, I do not know the entire story, but when heand his buddy DILO left, they had the mods in an uproar.

Patrick will do the right thing, he has the whole story start to finish.

As said before Mike I don't know. nor do I care to know the whole story. I do know that someone you call friend was slandered and targeted by Dennis.I have never met any of you guys but I have hired hundreds of people in my career and think I size people up very well, very quickly. I'll stand by Jeremy, I know enough to make that decision. I don't have to know anymore about Dennis, the situation or the other people involved. I will say that my perception of Dennis's post so far is not good and that is my personal opinion. The fact that so many others are so hostile towards him only cements the perception I already have that he is not good for this forum. That is the real issue. Things that have been said to me in confidence stay that way so I am not saying anything more.

 

Patrick is at his parent's house right now with limited access to the internet. He should be back today or tomorrow. I'll ask him to key in on his thoughts on this thread.

I have emailed Jeremy yesterday about the situation. He can voice his opinion here knowing the back side of the situation. You are entitled to your opinions. As far as so many others being hostile, as far as I remember there are only a few, and you should take a good look at who you trust on the internet. You don't have to trust me, but you'll find out the hard way people on the internet are not always who they seem to be. Patrick does not hesitate to ban people. He does this for a living. Think about why somebody would take a chance on someone causing trouble if his job was to get rid of those very same people. Think about this.

There are two different situations here with Dennis, and unfortunately you will only know the bad one because if Patrick and I went telling the world the rest, I can promise you this forum would collapse and so would your friendships. Just an FYI. There is nothing more to say and I'm truely sorry you feel the way you do. Just remember this situation for future reference.

 

When Patrick returns online, you can take up your concerns with him. I honestly am burned out trying to justify this. All I will say is Dennis tried to make ammends during this situation but it was thwarted. Please don't base opinions without knowing all of the facts. I can tell you right now, there are now 3 people that know the entire story; Jeremy, Patrick and myself. These will be the ONLY people that know the true story for the sake of the friendships we still have and the forum staying at peace. I am sincerely asking that if you do not trust my judgement, trust Patrick's Ultimately he is paid for this, it's his job, and he does not make these decisions lightly.

I do appreciate both of you sticking around. Please don't let this situation spiral out of control. Jeremy and I are friends out there in the real world, and I'm hoping after the 10 page email I wrote him last night, he will understand what he was not aware of.

Mike if you guys don't want to share all the information you have with us that is fine with me. Just think about it though, that puts us in the position of making our decisions based on what we do know. I have made my decision about Dennis based on what I have seen, not anyone else's opinion.
