I havent seen any of his posts and I don't really care too. Dennis insulted me pretty damn bad calling me a "bad cop who abuses people".. I am probably one of the more fair officers on my department. You can call me fat, say Im stupid or hell, even talk abotu my wife.. But when you insult my integrity, your Fked!

I dont want to leave, but I will if he's around.. You can say I'm being a baby or whatever, i say its keeping me from telling Dennis all abouthimself.

I forget a lot of things, (on purpose and due to age )I don't and wont forget about that.

My opinion is, Dennis is the typical douche' I deal with every day at work.. I don't need it here too... He left this site in a very bad way, causing a lot of problems starting his own litttle hummer site. He needs to stay there. (How the hell did I get that whole post in??? lol )

 

Good enough for me Jeremy. I say we bounce bad boy Dennis out of here. Mike, what do you say?

 

He used to be the Admin here Dave. He pretty much put this site on the map. Unfortunately he made some bad remarks about Jeremy and then decided to Ban the entire mod crew.

 

He defended his friend's ignorant comments about bad cops and then made a comment about Jeremy stereotyping him as one. He then thought it wise to ban the entire mod staff except for one because of us trying to defend Jeremy publically from the comments made by Dennis and his friend who does not even own a Hummer.

 

Both of them are former Land Rover owners. Dennis does have an H3. Anyway, he made a bad call to make a comment he should not have and we all got pissed to put it bluntly. His retaliation was to ban his entire mod staff because he thought it would stop the bickering.

 

Unfortunately I learned the hard way in the past few months that some of the bans may have been justified. I refuse to get into it here.What's done is done andI'm sick of this ****. It's been an entire yearandI'mtired of the issue resurfacing.

It is for this reason I made it VERY clear this isbetween Dennis and Patrick. I told the both of them I am staying out of it and want nothing to do with it because I'm not going to burn bridges with what few forum friends I have left because of some stupid high school name calling that happened almost a year go. I graduated 15 years ago.

 

This is the last thing I will say about this 1 year old situation. Jeremy had and HAS every right to feel as he does. He was unjustifyablystereotyped as a bad cop and this is the kind of situation that shows people their personality and loyalty towards others.

Just be weary of who you trust on the internet. Unless you are personal friends out there in the real world, outside of cyber-space, don't be so quick to judge and trust someone you call a friend, and I am NOT talking about Dennis here. Some people spend more time on cyber-space together then in person and get a warped sense of reality when it comes to friendships and loyalties. I am loyal to my friends, and I'll stick by Jeremy because of that, but I'd rather resign as an Admin then get in the middle of this crap AGAIN. This is between Dennis and Patrick. I'm staying out of it.

Jeremy is my friend and hopefully always will be, and his friendship is more important to me then Admin'ing an internet forum. I'd rather leave the forum all together then loose a good friend.

 

So Patrick, since Mike has removed himself from this issue I guess it is up to you. What are we going to do about Dennis being on the forum again?

 

Mike, this is about the forum and current members, not past members. Jeremy is an active mod here. He is a HOPE volunteer and policeman and from what I have seen a good mod. To have a member that is still so currently disliked and that has provoked a ban in the past be allowed back on the forum is a bad thing. To have a member that is so disliked mods and members would rather leave than deal with him again is a bad thing. Don't you think the forum has suffered enough of a black eye already. HF does not need this and it has an easy fix. I don't even know why this creates any confusion or heartache for anyone because it seems very clear what needs to happen. Mike your support on this would be appreciated but with or without it Dennis is a problem and needs to go.

 

I do not know or care about all the past drama.
I think it would be a good idea to get rid of him to stop a repeat of history and future badgering between certain members. Patrick??
