06-10 Hummer H3 H3T brush grille guard black steelcraft | eBay

Steelcraft. Price is 50$ less then amazon, I really dont want to spend more then 300$ for one of these. Looks like it install on the tow hooks, Would it be wobbly or will it be ok?

It looks to be similar to the OEM brush guard, but I like the looks of this one better. Since you really only buy a brush guard for looks, then this one would be as good as any other if you like the price.

As far as it being wobbly, the pics show the hardware that comes with it. There are 2 longer metal pieces on the left there that look like they would bolt on to the guard and then feed through the grill and bolt on in there, so it would be more stable. I could be wrong, but that's all I can tell from the pics.

Hope this helps.

I would stay away from multi-piece brush guards but thats just my opinion. You can usually find OEM brushguards on craigslist for $100 or less.

BEWARE - Steelcraft guards are very good but they make 2 types, a 3 piece guard that bolts together and a 1 piece all welded guard.

The link you posted is the 3 piece guard. It's not as sturdy as the 1 piece plus all of that hardware to bolt it together is a potential rust spot.

Here's a link to a 1 piece guard eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

Steelcraft 1 piece guards are stronger and more solid than the OEM guard.

This. Although I do hit brush and small branches which is part of the reason I wanted one.
