Default Dash Panel Removal

Trying to remove panel to left of steering covering headlight and R wiper switch. Do the allen head bolts have to come out or just loosened. They seem to tighten again at end of bolt. Do they just loosen then pop out ??

You have to fully remove the allen bolts. Make it easy on yourself and use a drill lol, the things will screw out for years by hand.

Yeah they tighten back up which is really odd considering it is just a metal clip they screw in to. It is recommended that you DO NOT use a allen bit on a drill due to the high chance of crossthreading.

Again, I use a drill LOL
