Hummbob you are Right!!!Sorry for calling you Hummboob man, I thought you were pulling my chain.
I called Hummer of Cincinnati this morning and spoke to the parts manager. He said you have to replace the Tow/Haul Switch in the Dash. It is a $69 part. He ordered it in for me.

Yeah I think its gonna take a good hour to do it. Getting the Center Dash off is a Pain in the A$$. I have done it before and I should be able to move pretty quickly now that I have it down.
