Dash Cigarette Lighter/Power Sockets Removal

Does anyone know how to pop these out of the dash bezel without breaking the tabs on the socket housing? 2 out of 3 of these we remove end up breaking the tabs on the socket housing

Buy the tool or remove the center stack trim and they easily remove from the rear.
