I don't know guys, I'm flexible. I'd rather not do it around Easter, maybe mid April?

If everyone who is interested could enter their blackout dates of when they CAN'T go maybe we can work to a common goal. I really want as many to go as possible and let's try to work together to get as many on one weekend as possible.

Right now I'm open to any weekend between now and the end of April.

Please post most desired and least desired weekend and we'll do a majority vote if that's cool with everyone.

For those who want to spend the night, there are camping sites available or you can go to a hotel within a half hour or drive back to Dallas.

Looking forward to this trip and meeting some more Hummer people.

Maybe I'll have my damn cab marker lights installed by then. I'm out of town all this weekend visiting family down in New Orleans. So anytime after that I'm good!

Any weekend i april is good for me.

Also is any one going to the hummer club event in a few weekends i found a few passangers that are gonna pay my entry fee.

 

I forgot about Easter. March 22 is probably out for me then.I'm good to go any other weekend except April 12th. April 5th isn't the best but I'd still go.

 

I live in the Dallas area now, used to live in River Ridge, La. That's close to Kenner (Out by N.O. airport). My mom lives across the river from downtown Nawlins in Terrytown.

So you're in Lake Charles, that's right down the road from me now. I'm in Lafayette until tomorrow afternoon then I'm done with work and will go see my mom and brothers.

OK, Easter is March 23 so let's plan around that date. Looks like mid April is sounding better for most. Would like some more input on that time frame guys.

Why don't we just do the 5th then and I'll suck it up and pack my stuff early instead of waiting til the day before.

 

i'm definitely OUT for the entire weekend of 4/4. its QE for us accountants...gotta close the books.

i can do the weekends of 3/28 and 4/12 (and after).

its no biggie if you guys decide on 4/4. my feelings wont be hurt...that bad.... then again, i hate spending 4 hours buffing out scratches, so its not all bad .

btw, Ray, thanks for even trying to pull something together. its definitely a beating be the organizer...especially when there's so many conflicting schedules.
