I have never been to a Hummer Club event that cost that type of $$$$$. Sometimes the off road park has a per vehicle fee you have to pay but I have not heard of anything that high. Anything else come with that ( all meals & beer, room, etc. )?

Might be a moot point.
Per the link below:
If we are not able to hit 25 registered members by the 21st of February we will have to cancel the trip. Spread the word to folks that may not utilize this forum. Feel free to pass on name and contact numbers if need be. We have folks on staff to contact them directly to formally invite them including myself.
No word on whether they reached their goal or not.
They also talk of vehicle support (that has to add to the cost of the event)

If I'm breaking any rules or protocols by posting these links, I apologize.
This was nota premeditated attempt to promote another forum or event,
it just sort of came up. No different than discussing trails or ORVP's in my opinion.

I was thinking late March or early April. By then the weather's a good bit warmer and possibly wetter depending on those spring showers.
So I'm good with any weekend after mid-March. SATURDAY OR SUNDAY is good for me. We can caravan from Dallas to Barnwell Mtn. or meet at the park. We could either drive down Friday afternoon or evening and stay at a close hotel or just get an early start Saturday from DFW. It's a good two hour drive out to Barnwell.
Dave, I know I can count on you buddy, heck I kinda figured you'd be riding point like last time! Looking forward to see the new ride, shame the old one got crimped.

If you want late March early April, the weekend of March 22or 29is best for me. I'll be away on vacation April 6-13, so April 5th is possible but probalby not the best. Saturday and Sunday are good for me too... maybe Saturday so the H3 can get a good wash on Sunday?
