Since the paint just soaked in like i figured it would on the sides and the inset holes, i taped up the front and bedlinered the holes, sides and back

Thanks! Its all finished and i got rid of all the rattles! I did have to put some carboard around the rear seat belt retractors because cotton got in them and wouldnt let them retract. Once i got it all cleaned out and the carboard in places they work perfectly!
