I have a 2003 H2. I recently had to have the ECM replaced. Since that time, I noticed that the Curb View Assist is not even an option on my display. The dealer says that the program they installed when replacing the ECM is as it was from the factory, and that I did not have curb view assist in the first place. Funny thing is, the mirrors automatically adjusted when in reverse, and I know there was an option to turn it on and off, and change the position, etc.

Anyone else ever had this issue? It is not life or death, and really, the option is only helpful when I'm parking in tight spots (if even then). I may try another dealer to see what they say...

 

I think if you put the truck in reverse and adjust the mirrors it will remember the position. but I could be wrong

 

^if you have the curb view option I would assume. I know when mine is turned on the mirrors will change and when turned off obviously they won't.
