well i have over 1000 miles now, and the creaking noise is more noticeable. Also when moving slow and turning in a parking lot you hear the creaking, but also like something is popping or loose. Seems like that part is in the front, and the creaking is in the back.
I'll have to check my torsion keys out, but I doubt that there can be dirt up there causing it.....the underside is spotless.

 

Still, that is a metal on metal contact point with a substantial amount of pressure and movement that has zero lubrication... even without dirt or dust it could creaks until it wears itself smooth.

 

I lubed the front body mounts last night....and now it's worse....so I think I found out the problem with the creaking. It's definitely the front body mounts, and they need to be shimmed to correct the problem. I'm wondering if I should just go get a shim and do it myself, instead of relying on the dealer to do it.

 

i had this same problem on my 08 alpha with 12k miles and i took to the dealer and they replaced the body mounts and the creaking noise when away

 

I have it too and you notice it at low speed with the windows down. It sounds like the body mounts to me and mine is in the shop for the rest of the week for warranty repairs. My Heater core went out over the weekend, big mess! I'll deal with the body mounts next! My truck only has 4k on it, 2010 that is 7 weeks old!

 

I believe my 07 h2 has the same issue. Popping noise around turns and stopping and starting. Not all the time. Sounds like something is banging around. Check all of the hardware and everything is tight.
