Default Crash Safety of a 2003 H2 vs 2010 F150 Which would be safer?

HI everyone how are you on this holiday season. I was hoping I could get a good honest answer here. I couldn't find a lot of crash safety ratings on the H2. We have a 2003 H2 and a 2010 F150. I was wondering which is safest in an accident between the 2. Both suit my hauling needs etc and both drive great but if we get rid of one we wanted to keep the safer of the 2 for our family. Both can easily pull anything we ever haul and all our runs to the home depot can fit in both. I would truly appreciate your help. We mainly drive around town and take some 250 mile trips. F150 is an XLT V8 non 4wd. Thank you.

I would say the air bag technology would be the best in the F150 and thus make it the safer of the two.

As much as I want to say the H2 is the best, the F150 does have 7 years newer safety technology and there is no way to argue against that. Crumple zone, airbag, and other safety technology is an ongoing thing that is always being improved. Maybe not a ton between the years of the same generation of a vehicle but on vehicle generation changes there will almost certainly be positive changes in that respect. For example, I'd venture to guess that a 2008-2009 H2 has at least some safety improvements over a 2003-2007 H2.

Thank you guys so much. That is an awesome point that I never thought of. I was thinking weight and size mainly. I truly appreciate it. I was hoping the H2 would be too.
