They should be able to get it back OK. I do computer repairs, and recovering data from drives is pretty standard. Let me know how you make out, and thanks for the info. I suspect you are right about them saying "No" rather than risk looking bad.

 

I talked to them a few months back and they told me it worked on the 06 models but that the 07 H3's were different enough that it didn't work. They did say they were trying to put something together that would work but I haven't heard anything more.
