Considering a buy
Hi! New member here...
I'm a previous owner of an H3, and miss it almost every day. I've recently come upon an opportunity to pick up an 08 H3 Adventure...very well maintained 57k miles... I hesitate just because of them being out of production etc. I believe parts have to be made for 10 yrs after production but does anyone run into any problems with service/parts?
Sound like a good deal?
Thx!!

No problems with parts or service for a long time to come. Many of the HUMMER parts can cross over to other vehicles, plus there were alot of H3's made making salvage parts easily obtainable.
I'd recommend looking into an H2, just take one for a test drive, you'll be amazed how much nicer they are, and the H3 is no slouch, so that says alot.
What ever direction you go, it will be a good decision and the smiles when driving are well worth it!

Some people are starting to fab parts for the H3 that are better than the OEM parts were. The market will take care of the need. I used to restore old Corvettes. People stepped in to make what was needed and they will for the Hummer also.
Thank you!!
I tested an H2 when I was originally in the market back in 07 but actually preferred the H3...the option for a manual had a lot to do with that. I'm glad to hear parts etc. arent an issue (I should have assumed as I own an 84 cj7 and dont really have any problems for that). I've looked around in my area at prices and this one seems to be a pretty good deal so I may just take the leap.
Thanks again all!
