Dennis, given my situtation, would you install the yellow filter on top of the air intake or you think i might be ok without it?

 

I would, if it were me..I would not worry about the extra filter bag...But you seemed a little concerned, so maybe for piece of mind, put the bag on if you expect a lot of dusty travels.

 

yeah seems like u understand where I am comming from perfectly, little scary though hehe..... I want to keep the car safe but also dont want to loose the 10% air but it seems it would be wise for me to put it on like you say...... wondering how much and if at all will I be still getting an improvement over the current factory setup.

 

if anything to be worried about is the oil on the filter getting in the system not the little dust you talking about
