mine just died yesterday on the last leg of a 2,000 mile trip coming back from Az. 42,000 mile 07 tactical. full warranty will cover it... gotta find a day to drop it off.

 

Hey Guys - got the blower motor working again - wanted to post the fix. I ordered a resistor off the internet - it was around $25.00. I pulled off the old one, and like someone had mentioned one of the 5 connections had melted and killed the resistor and also the connection from the wiring harness to the resistor. Instead of having to replace the entire wiring harness I found this option

I did this fix and on came the blower. So it ended up costing $10.00 in parts and the $25.00 resistor.

the bad conn dont kill resistors,it melts. we still bet your res is just fine. you found out it was a melted conn,as was said many times. save your 'spare res"!
