They're not legit. These "girls" are models. They spam their link to many different forums/websites, and there's probably Java/Javascript exploits on the page.
The reason they do this, is because those who own Hummers are generally considered "rich" by the Chinese. They want to keylog your bank account.

As a IT Security expert, please do not encourage this type of spamming to sites that you enjoy and certainty do not exchange any personal info or correspond with obvious frauds.

呵呵，或许你对中国现在城市的情况真的不了解，我有自己的企业，一个车一年的消费其实不高，除却烧油也就四 五千元人民币。现在国内自由创业的年轻人很多，财富积累者都很年轻。其实并不是什么富二代或是政府要人之后 什么的。
