Hey guys,

I like to spray all my wheel arches and under carriage with some short of shining spray .... I love that factory new plastic / under carriage look. At the moment I like to use WD40 as it makes it shine and I find when dirt and debris get into the wheel arches and the under body it hoses off real easy as nuthing can stick to it and it looks factory new again ... but does anyone know of a cheaper way to do this?

I like to wash my car every weekend and I normally end up using 1 - 2 cans to complete the car all around and under neath ..

So yah just wondering what you guys use? Or you dont care what the wheel arch and under carriage looks like? lol

So before I buy a 5 gallon pale of WD40 just wanted to hear some of your tips / tricks

sometimes I give them a quick mist of armorall protectant or something similar.

 

its a great idea to spray em. i tried silicone, but like all of life,if u wanna play u gotta pay. lots of cans.
nuttin stiks to silicone

 

WD-40 is what I use...Just watch the sales fliers and buy a case of it

 

I also use WD-40 on the metal surfaces such as the frame, but on the plastic wheel wells I use no touch tire spray. Not particular brand.
I have done this on all the plastics on my four wheelers after clean up for years. It keeps the cv boots from drying out long with the other plastic and rubber parts. Try it out and let me know what you think.
