Changing my appearance...........
Thanks guys! I really appreciate all of the positive feedback. I wanted it to stand out amongst all of the H3's in my area, and there are very many of them around here.
I really want those off-road lights also. It's either that, or buy a bull bar for the front. They used to sell them on eBay for $99 but I haven't seen any in a while. I would like the bar a little better, but I like having room to park in tight spaces also
Vader: How difficult is it to install? Does that plastic grill just pop off and then you insert the new one with the lights? I have the wiring and relay still wired into my dash from my light bar so the wiring would be a piece of cake.
The pin-striping was very time consuming but worth it. I put alot of thought intohow and where to install it without it looking gaudy. I honestly took an entire week just to think about it. I didn't think it was going to look good either to be honest, but it did turn out quite well. You guys can't see the "NIN" Nine Inch Nails logo where the H3 logo used to be. I thought I'd give it my little personal touch
If you look really hard under the pass. mirror, you can see it.
I painted the underbodyblack as well, but I'll take more pics once it's done completely.
I totally forgot to take pics of what I did with the tail lights. I think that made the biggest difference in the look of the rear end. I'll take a pic of those later and post them. I thought I had one but I don't.
Anyway, it's not done yet. My tint for the front end lights came in yesterday but I haven't had time to install it. As long as I keep the fog lights on, they won't pull you over here.
Anyway, thanks for the comments!
Oh, and I wanted to loose the Vent Visors as well, but I use them alot since I have bad allergy problems and have to have the windows cracked open sometimes in the rain and snow to get some fresh air. Those are almost a must until my body gets used to being out in the country.

The off-road light grill removes from the rear. You have to drop the frony skid plate and rotate the bumper and grill to access the area. Takes about one hour.
I'm not sure yet. I may try to mount my lights in that spot using the brackets I made. I should be able to mount at least two of them. I was going to do all four to give it that rally look, but that might be a little too much. I'm going to try tonight and see how it looks.

Don't worry. It won't look THAT bad. I may not even do it. I'm going to take the lights and just place them in the spots just to get an idea of how they'd look before I even bother.
Anyway, here's some pics of the 95% finished H3 (still waiting on a couple of vinyl graphics):

and here's what I did with the tail lights:

And of course, we can't forget about K.I.T.T.

Here is another picture of what I did with the hub caps. I have to take a better one later.
