Sorry to hear about the luck...

 

No worries, that is a part of being in business. We will survive. It just sucks that there are people out there that have no problems sleeping at night after they rip you off. To top my day off, I got a call from an attorney who is representing a group of creditors, he came across my lien and asked if we wanted to be a part of his case against these guys. They apparently are going to try to make a federal fraud case out of this, so it should get interesting.. Sounds good, but I am going to work with my attorney first before I go that route, I want to make sure I do the best thing for my business. I am sure they will just declare bankruptcy and disappear for a while....[:@]

 

As long as you have a lien you should recover something if it goes in bankruptcy. Sucks to get beat out of something.
