Good News, I just found out that theland owneris refinancing the land and they are going to settle mey lien at the closing for the loan. I am gald that worked out, hopefully the damn thing will close and the refinancing goes through without a hitch, but in todays market you never know.. I'll be happy when I get my check! Now I can afford the new SUV I just bought my wife. LOL.

 

Congrats! Now you can afford the new SUV you are buying my wife as well

 

Hope it works out. The financing world is a little weird right now. We are having to put 30% equity into deals to get them financed competitively.

 

The check will be in the mail.

We will see how things go, I spoke to a collection compnay again today and they told me if things don't work out they could include me in the case that they are putting together to place a receivership over the property and potential federal fraud charges. Of course this would cost me 20% of my 100K, but its better than nothing, assuming the company does not go bancrupt first.. Trust me I am hopefull, but I am not holding my breath.
