50k miles and a 5 year warranty - If you buy the '06 I can't imagine you having buyers remorse for not holding out for an '08. They made changes every year so there will be other little things like optional full 3rd row, rear seat heater controls, bluetooth, moving the spare out of the cargo area in '05, etc. but other than ~70hp and some cosmetics, there really isn't much difference between pre and post '08.
