Hi ,
I m living in europe and own a h2 from the year 2003. I bought him in atlanta in this year. last month the transm. broke down and when we let out the oil, there were a lot of metal schrapn. coming out with the oil.
i understood its very difficult to find a used transm. but my question is were can i buy an original newone and ship it to europe?
I suppose it s necessary to change the transm. cooler also?

i heard the 03's had major issues with the tranny's..damn.

I'm from Belgium and did replace my transmission it was done near Achen Germany. This guy has 4L65 and 4L85 trannies on stock

Just make sure you add an external trans cooler when you install the new transmission. An external cooler will work better and you wont have to buy a new radiator.
