Hate to post on old threads but this is an ever growing issue with the 06 it appears.
My H3 has 115k miles now and this surging is back again. I have not changed the rotors and will but want to ask what your thoughts are that worn front bearings are contributing to the warping of the rotors?
These are the stock rotors (to best of my knowledge), I did have them shaved at the last break change about 30k ago when I first had the issue.
I guess the question is would you also change the front bearings while purchasing new rotors?

define the surging. I am having a soft pedal issue where the brakes will all of a sudden grab like they are supposed to at that point in the cycle. I am working on the master cylinder now to figure out the problem
