does any one no which wire is the reverse wire for the lights,i have searched and seen the trailer hitch wire was light green but is that the same for the lamps.dont have a hitch so no wires there.attching a rear view camera and need the wire to tap into when i reverse.thanks abunch

i am connecting my rear camera 2 my garmin gps unit. i have a nuvi 5000 and it has a large screen and it is one of few units that allows for a back up camera to be used and like the fact i would not need another screen in my ride.have not decide here i am gona mount the camera yet will decide when i install it in a few days.i bought a audiovox color backup camera. the camera powers thru a 12 volt source and the gps unit powers thru cig lighter. easy install. 3 wires from camera.1 power,1 ground and one to run to the unit. just was waition for a confirm on the back up wire.

If I remember correctly, it is light green (you can confirm by pulling the left rear taillight, 5 min job). I usually tap into them under the drivers side door sill.

I mounted my BU cam in the rear tire carrier. You can hardly see it.
