I got back from Afghanistan a few weeks ago and have found out that the roof of my 97 wagon has acquired a leak. A major one. I'm sure it's the sealant between the roof panels. Anyone have some advice on what to use, where to get it and how to prep the areas in the seems to repair this leak. The truck has spent it's whole life outside so I'm pretty positive it's just that the sealant has dried and cracked.

 

Mike S at Tustin or Dave at hummerpartsguy.com can get you the correct sealant. I haven't had to do this yet but have heard that to do it right you drop the headliner and attack the issue from the inside also. Those guys could tell you for sure.
