Just noticed my Ave Milage read out is 11.5 MPG all the time. All other computer readouts are working fine except this one option… Any Ideas?

 

that "avg econ" readout is not always correct/accurate. You can reset it by pressing and holding the arrow button on the lower left area of the steering wheel. It will reset the meter. Your driving behaviors usually make the meter go up or down.

 

I'll try and reset it… What got me wondering something was wrong was the 11.5 MPG value has been there the past few weeks and never fluctuates at standstill or any speed. Thanks.

 

After awhile for some unknown reason, they get "locked" in on a set number and stop moving. I don't use it much anymore because I'm tracking my own MPG's with a different program.

 

Mine said 8.1 this morning
