Default Bluetooth Pairing Problems

I loved the bluetooth in my new 2009 h2, but after a few weeks the pairing kept getting lost every time I turned off the vehicle. I have found many discussion on the web about this problem in other GM vehicles, not the hummer. Apparently there is a fix, but when i called my dealer they said I should see a salesman about how to properly pair my phone, they are not aware of any problems. I tried to explain the problem is not that I don't know how to pair my phone, there is something wrong with the unit or the software, but he was reluctant to even set up a service appointment. Any been through this?

I think I have the same problem in my H3T. Mine pairs no problem but if I'm out of, or the car is off for more than 5-10mins it won't reconect & I have to pair it again. The phone is still listed on the cars bluetooth list but it doesn't reconect to it. My phone (blackberry 8330 from verizon) will start to conect manually but disconects right after even though it the phone says it's conected. I haven't found any answers either, I went to a verizon store, they looked @ my phone & said it was set right to automatically conect but didn't know any thing about the cars bluetooth system.

My 2009 H3 is doing the same. I just hit hte button, say bluetooth, say change phone, and it will work normally. I asked the sales man and he said it should do it automatically. He told me to bring it by and he would check it out for me.

2009 Bluetooth Service Bulletin
Was hoping I was not the only one who had experienced this. For any of you with a 2009 this applies to a software update which will keep Bluetooth paired with your device.

Service Bulletin # 08-08-46-008

Just contact your dealer reference the above number and you should get taken care of.

I had this issue a couple years back. The tech had to call GM and get instructions on what to do. I know he had to reflash the system.

"BUMP"

Has this issue ever been resolved? I just purchased a 2009 H3T and have the same issue. It doesn't remember the pairing after i turn the vehicle off.

Please let it be a simple fix as brining it into a dealer.

Same problem---anyone get a fix for this other than a dealer reflash? Does it work with a different command other than re-pairing again?
