I ordered mine from Shock Warehouse in Fla., Bilstein 5100 front and the 4600 rears for $83.00 a piece free shipping. I ordered on thursday and Fedex just delivered this morning. I can't wait to install but its snowing today. From what i have heard so far on this thread, I wont be disappointed.

Why did you have to drill the front mounts?

The 5160's have a remote reservoir so you have to drill the frame to mount the bracket that holds the remote reservoir.

I ordered the 5100/4600 setup through eshocks, but what came were all 5100's. Decided to install 'em anyhow rather than deal with the return/exchange hassle and I'm honestly glad I did. Ride is phenomenally improved, although maybe a bit stiffer than what some of y'all are after. I prefer it that way myself as it makes 'er handle a lot less like a 6400lb turd! Only $301 to my door and installation was beyond easy. Didn't even have to pull the wheels and it took about an hour total.

When you crank the torsion bar your ride will get harsher. your stock shocks were probably loosing some of their dampening power so the new ones will make your ride feel smoother.
