While you are at banning the guy 3hummers requested...... this guy daier1r was reported. I deleated all five of his useless blabbering that had nothing to do with the thread topic or hummers in any way. Must be on crack or great weed????

 

It is taking to long to get people banned. Doc I think you need access to the the ban stick also.

 

Ban stick would be cool, but forget that Admin stuff.

i come in and ban the people you guys want banned...sorry that im not chattier...been dealing with some family health issues again.

do you guys not have "delete as spam", in your dropdown? you should be able to ban spammers when you delete them as spam.

 

Moderators were never able to ban before, only the admins. On the other sites I moderate I have ban authority but to my knowledge not here. I'll try that next time and see if it works.

 

i understand that...with the old software, there was very little customization to be had so ONLY admin could ban, but this software (as you guys likely already know) has many new options such as the "delete as spam", and once you get into that process it should ask you if you want to delete all affected posts and if you want to ban the member in question.
