Can anyone recommend a kit that fits the ball joint for the LCA that doesn't break the bank?

Most auto stores have them to rent for cheap or free as well.

NoSpoon, I think this will help smooth out the ride a lot. If anything, it simply needs replacing. I'd agree & just rent one, but I don't feel like going to the trouble, especially if someone has abused it & the tool doesn't work right. I don't plan on getting rid of the truck, this I'll eventually have to press in another.
