Someone else asked this question a while back and my question to you is WHY?!

YOU OWN A HUMMER part of that is the full time 4wd that they come with. If you are thinking about doing it to save 1mpg then it is not worth the headache and you should have got a different vehicle.

I still can't believe anyone would want to do this...............

Basic answer is NO, there is no 2wd option in the transfer case.

I don't have a problem kicking out the back end on my truck if I want too. Just turn off traction control and the truck is biased to the rear anyway.

Hi guys I just joined the forum today. I have an 06 Hummer H3, I was wondering if anyone could recomend a good tire that will help fill the gap in the rear between the body and the tire. Im thinking about the Brigdestonestone Dueler a/t 285/75/16. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
