I to have not had any problems with them either...only 9 years with them though...went to State Farm after All State screwed me...It seems if you do not dive enough you can be put in a risk pool...I drive in one year what take the average person 5 years to achieve but they would not take that into consideration...State Farm also said I did not dive enough but when I told them I average about 70000 miles a year they did not put me in no pool...
