I would like to take off the rear spare but I don't want to just have the big black "square" left on the back door... does anyone know of anything that I can buy to cover up that thing and make it look clean?

You want to take it off? That's one of the H3's distinctive features!! But to answer your question i have no idea what to cover the black square up with.

I doubt there is any such product, the best thing i would do is have some custom body work done. Its just 4 bolt holes under the tire mount right?

There is a couple folks here that have taken it off..they plugged the mounting bolt holes withblack bolts or something..but there is a vent outlet there that looks okay IMO..do a search on SPARE TIRE
