Any thoughts on the dodge avenger?

Having been a Crapsler guy most of my life, I am not real impressed with some of the latest stuff. But that goes for most of the manufacturers. Not sure what that car costs but I switched the admiral over to Subaru for the AWD and 30 MPG for pretty much the same price as the everyone else's FWD only cars. But each to their own.
The only Dodge car I would purchase might be the Challenger R/T and the yet to debut new Charger. Chrysler cars don't hold resale very well. Might be better off with a leftover Liberty, they had a huge rebate going and I got 23 highway with mine.

I have one of the first Avenger R/T delivered to a California dealership. The car has been flawless, one recall a door latch, big deal, is quiet, fast and fun to driver contrary to that Commie Rag, Consumer's Report. It is a 2008, bought the last week of January 2007 and will be three years old in January of 2010. Like I said, the car is flawless with its' 3.5L V-6 and six speed auto.
