'06 H3 My brakes begin to pulse just as i should be stopping. I have changed front hubs and rotors and pads all around. Brakes only do this on slippery surfaces. BRakes grab great right up to the last few feet then start sliding and i can't steer. No lights to tell me brakes are the issue.
