Default Another door lock, window problem

My son's 06 H3 has the driver's side window and door locks not working. I've done the search and have tired the touching of the battery cables etc. I hope it is the wire connection that others have had corrosion. Can someone explain where this connection is, inside door panel, fender well, etc? If it is in the door is there anything special that needs to be done to remove the panel. If that connection is not the problem what should I check next? Thanks, T

It was caused because of a drop in voltage to the PCM because of the crappy OEM battery terminals, there is nothing wrong with your window regulator. BTW.... touching the battery cables does nothing, and has done nothing since about the third generation of PCM BCM controled vehicles.

Open the fuse box, pull out the breaker for the windows, then put it back in. Next, cut off those POS OEM bettery terminals and install some quality terminals, I recommend stingers. After that you will not have the problem again.

Doc....you suggested the Stingers a while back in another thread and I inquired as to the model number and where you got them. Any help would be appreciated.

Stinger Battery terminals (SPT53102) with the four openings (0/4/& 8 x2) is what I have, connects the winch cables with the battery cables as well.

Forgot, my bad. Where to get them? Ebay of course!

Sniff around, they have many different models of terminals, all quality stuff. The mega stereohead kids use them with all their amps, subs and what not.

There are some good prices on them through ebay.

http://www.stingerelectronics.com/default.aspx for their over the top web site.
