Default Alternative silicone grease

You know the maintenance manual specifies the GM silicone grease dielectric for lubing rubber and some plastics such as the weatherproofing strips around doors and windows.
That grease is fairly expensive for a few ounces but I have found that Super Lube from Harbor Freight stores or Home Depot online is a far cheaper alternative. I picked up a 3 oz tube for $5.99 and it seems to work just as well as GM's. Its silicone based as well and dielectric.
Anyone use this product and thought otherwise?
I brought this up since winter is on the way and its time for the doors to start sticking...

85 Gram Super Lube Grease Cartridge

yeah, thats another peeve of mine, the wax that gets stuck in the joints of the truck between the metal and weatherstipping. i use turtle wax and im thinking of not using that anymore since it shows up horribly on the plastic if not removed. ive had to use purple power and a toothbrush to remove that. im still searching for a wax that doesnt show up if not removed or 'missed', or even a spray-on wax.

I use a high quality Canola Oil. Keeps everything shiney and new, but I'm always hungry everytime I drive it...
