Other than the LED headlight assembly, btw LOVE those lights, actually I'm now all LED on all my lights.. Well all but my DRL I had LED's in them too but after my 4th set of "bulbs" I switched back to the stock ones. Nothing mechanical (yet) well unless you count the fuel pump access door and a battery isolation switch. Not much more to mod, well except mechanical upgrades.
