I am trying to remove my interior spare tire carrier, so I can fit a large box. I am not able to remove the bolts in the base floor (2). Any ideas? Are they welded? I removed the other 3 bolts on the left rear panel.

 

They probably have thread locker on them. A long breaker bar should do the trick
