Do you guys think it is a good idea to convert from air suspension to coil spring? Is the ride going to be the same or is it going to be a major difference? Btw it's an H2 with a lift kit on it. Thanks

 

The consensus among all hummer forums is that the air ride is a lot more maintenance & is frowned upon for that reason, alone.
If you don't mind replacing air bags, then stick with it. Some people argue that there's no difference, but I've noticed that most people say it's noticeably better.

 

I have had both and can't tell the difference in ride quality. If it was just the low cost and easy to replace air bags, I would keep the air ride. If the high dollar compressor went out I would go with the conversion. Arnott is the company I would use.
