Aftermarket license plate installed in tailgate

Thank you..I have some install photos if that would help you out? I have a hi-def video also. 
I went with a cleaner oem style install and ran the wires along the wire harness and up to the three middle running lights. The other way wouldn't have worked since the gate has to come open (raise up). Anyone else wouldn't even know additional wiring had been used.
