aftermarket exhaust on a leased Alpha

RE: aftermarket exhaust on a leased Alpha
FYI
Anytime you lease a vehicle and when you go to turn it in it has to be in the stock configuration so save your OEM stuff. Unlees you are going to keep it after the lease.

yea, I was wondering how long it would take to get some performance mods to the market. I posted a question in the Intake and Exhaust forum with no replies. I guess it's gonna be awhile.

Flowmaster makes one for the Alpha, a girl I know had one put on at the dealer after she bought it. She said it make her V8 sound like a real V8.
Hummerchick08H3 has it, she is a member of this forum.

My humble suggestion. Alpha owners, contact your favorite mfgers and tell them you want to buy their system for your truck as soon as they get one to market!!!! Contact two or three of the quality makers and let's see if they respond to the clamoring!!!!
Hummerchick had it done thru the dealer at an exhuast shop, with Flowmaster muffler and tips. My New Alpha Pics!!!

I would just go to a muffler shop and have a Flowmaster put in place of the stock muffler. It couldn't possibly be that hard or expensive because of the location. I think spending a lot on an aftermarket cat-back is pointless. You can't get true dual exhaust on a Hummer because it's too cramped under there. And it's a Hummer, not a race car. So if you're just going for the sound, just replace the muffler.
