Try the TSB I posted above, it is specific to the radio with no sound. There were known issues with the radio software being qwerky in the H2's. A GM tech will need to go through the process in the TSB with a Tech II scan tool.

 

I have a after market CD player with that POS little 100 dollar box so you can use all the factory stuff with it.

I only found 1 radio fuse and 1 amp fuse and both test good and have power.

I pulled both c1 and c2 plugs off the amp, c2 plug has power , c1 plug I can't get anything from any wire on it . Says they both have power wires

Any ideas guys

 

Also checked c1 plug and on b3 I got 0.1 volt and b6 0.1 volt, so does this say its something from the radio and not the amp

 

Disconnect the battery and see if that resets it.
