Adding some shock mounts.
Adding some shock mounts to this H1.
GMR designed / developed KING 3.0 bypass shocks.
Here are the mounts being designed, they are getting CNC laser cut then off to get CNC bent. Once they are done we will weld them up and onto the chassis for the shocks. I will also have pics of the shocks soon.

It's like to see that as a finished product....
and I would like to see a replacement idler bracket/gusset for the H2... as well as replacement rear shock mounts....
and while I am on the kick.... a replacement panhard bracket for fabtech lifted H2's....

This setup is an in house install only on a custom application. This Hummer has been setup with an air bag instead of a spring, so the shock needs to be mounted on the side of the bag and of the arm. The mounts move the shock mounting location out so that we can fit large shocks.
If you are looking for something similar you can PM me and I can get you some pricing, but this is purely a custom setup for this specific application.

Here is a picture of the Hummer with the old shock mounts and strap mounts cut off and the arms prepped for the new mounts.
For the Front shocks I designed a specific shock length and bypass layout along with a RES outlet on the shock body. They are King Race series 3.0 bypass shocks. For the front we have a serious space restriction so I was only able to get two bypass tubes on the body. I also have welded on end caps to increase the shock stroke in relation to the overall compressed height. I will also be running 5/8" bolts for the mounts of the shocks.
The Rear is going to have a very similar shock except I was able to get a longer stroke to fit in this application. I was also able to stuff 3 bypass tubes and the RES onto the shock body making the overall packaging smaller and more compact.
