Default Ac/heat not working - replaced harness and resister

I replaced both the resister and the harness behind the glovebox but my ac is not blowing out.. Does anyone have a list of fuses to check or any other ideas as to why this wouldn't be working? Any help is much appreciated

Thanks for the reply! I just got done checking all of the fuses and the relay.. they are all good.

When i turned the vehicle on the AC control cluster was blinking for awhile, but the fan doesnt seem to be blowing anything out.

you need to see if 12v is going thru the motor to the resistor contacts. just measure any contact on the harness.grounding them should run the fan.
you should get the svc info and be looking at the wiring. its not hard to figure when you see it,,,or get help.
