Unhappy 97-1/2 H1 Hummer CTIS Air Leak

The forum has helped me on two other issues in the past. I hope you can do so with this one as well.
My H1 has 29,000 original miles and at this point runs great. Since I use it on the beach solely, sand around the tire valve- front tire only- in the past caused a slight leak and I have had the valve cleaned as suggested in this forum- and no further leaking.
Now however the front tires started deflating 5-10# when the vehicle was not driven. I took it to a local mechanic and he could not stop the leak- now all 4 tires deflate 5# over a weekend of sitting in my garage.
If this is a parts issue, please tell me what I need to replace and where to get it. Your assistance again is greatly appreciated- the fish are biting and I need to get back to the beach without worrying about the tires leaking. Thanks again!!

Default tire problems not interesting??

I do understand this subject does not attract much interest from mechanical types but i can't drive anywhere w/o worrying about air pressure. Please try to respond!!

Try a few things to isolate where the leak is. Air the tires up and then disconnect the quick disconnects on the front tires. See if you still lose pressure over the weekend. Then do it again and with the rear tires. That will isolate the leak to the front or rear two tires. You can also then reconnect the tires on the pair that leaked down and disconnect one at a rime to isolate the leak to hopefully a single tire. First though check to make sure that all of tour quick disconnects are properly seated at tour wheels. A spray bottle of soapy water will help with pinpointing the leak also.
