You're prob not allowed to hit bumps when you have a rubber band stretched around your rim and 1/2 psi of air in between it...

Yea they are 40 and I saw a video of it doing a burnout.....BTW the tires are from monster trucks

Basically with no air just tread ....its not street legal because that little tire is extremely dangerous
