then again, if the quake shatters the dam at Shasta Lake, and it's at normal level, i may need the life raft. if that dam were to break when the lake is at normal capacity, the entire valley in CA (the whole blue bit in the middle) would be covered in at least 1' of water within the first 24 hours. hopefully it holds . . . . . []

I really like Scottsdale. Wife does to and it is 5 hours closer to Texas.

 

I bought a bunch of Nevada OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY for when I retire!!!

 

I'm trying to talk my better half into moving to AZ. If I keep at it I can probably wear her down by the year 2020.

 

Hot in the summer but pretty cool place. Lots of areas to go wheel, not that expensive...it has a lot going for it.
