This is the locking hub conversion that amrg was mentioning that is in the video. This along with the 2wd/4wd kit mentioned in the OP would be a neat setup. But I think the OP has ran away.

Yes exactly thats the kit mentioned in the video. Obviously it will need the OP 2wd/4wd kit to be a complete true 2wd/4wd conversion. I sent them an email asking about how they addressed the transfer case side (if they did) but still no response...

 

I like to personally thank doc for all his negative verbiage On my 2wd kit. As of today I have sold 250 kits all around the world not one negative response. (But that’s one sided) No one will post here to waste time trying to prove the benefits of the kit. Doc’s posts are so out of touch!! I like the customer to come to this post first before selling them the kit just for a laugh.

P.S. It’s a shame I have all oem Borg warner parts in stock, cases and hard parts for H2/H3 with remain units. I could have been very helpful to this community.
